How the disciplines connect
Commerce systems do not operate in isolation. Storefronts depend on catalogs, payments, inventory, fulfillment, customer support, analytics, and reliable infrastructure. AI automation becomes useful when it is grounded in those systems, governed by clear data boundaries, and measured against an operational outcome.
My work combines hands-on architecture and engineering with product, operational, and growth leadership. The objective is not technology for its own sake; it is a system that is easier to operate, more resilient under load, and better aligned with the customer and the business.
